Everything arrives on a pallet, by appointment. Below is what you get, what you need to arrange yourself and what to watch for.
1 · Order
Choose model, length and version. The price is fixed before you pay.
2 · Planning
The carrier calls ahead to agree a time slot. Delivery within 5–7 working days.
3 · Delivery
On a pallet to the kerb. Within the Netherlands, delivery is included in the price. Moving it into your garden is up to you.
4 · Assembly
Two people and ordinary tools. The assembly manual is included.
Access
The truck must be able to reach your address. Tell us in advance about narrow streets or a low passage.
Inspection
Check the pallet before you sign. Report damage preferably within two working days, with photos, and any defect found later within two months of discovering it.
Base
Flat and level. Foundations, paving and groundwork are not part of the delivery.
Send a photo of the spot. We will tell you honestly whether it works.
