Right of withdrawal

• As a consumer you have fourteen days to change your mind after receiving your order. You do not need to give a reason.
• Notify us within that period through the contact page. We then collect the product from you at a time we agree together.

In what condition

• Please hand the product over complete, preferably in its original packaging.
• You may open and inspect it as you would in a shop. If it has been assembled, altered or used beyond what inspection requires, we may charge for the loss in value.

Cost of returning

• These products do not fit in a parcel: they travel on a pallet. The law requires us to tell you the maximum cost of returning them before you order, so here it is.
• It depends on the pallet, so on the model and its length. At most: wooden greenhouses € 170, Tunnel greenhouse Urban € 210, Tunnel greenhouse Classic € 330, Tunnel greenhouse Grand € 430 — that is for the longest version; a shorter greenhouse goes on a smaller pallet and costs less. A sauna: at most € 450.
• You do not have to arrange transport yourself. Tell us you are withdrawing and we book the collection at your address; the actual freight cost is set off against your refund.
• What we set off is never more than the upper figure above, even if the transport turns out to cost us more.
• If the carrier delivers an incorrect or damaged product, we collect it free of charge. Return costs apply only to withdrawal.

Model withdrawal form

• Use this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. A plain email is equally valid, as long as you state unambiguously that you are withdrawing.

Refund

• We refund you within fourteen days of your notice of withdrawal, using the payment method used for the order.
• We do not wait for the product to come back first: we arrange the collection ourselves.
• Outbound delivery costs are refunded at the rate of the cheapest standard delivery.

Damage or missing parts

• This is a product-conformity issue, not a withdrawal. Report it with photographs through the contact page.
• We send replacement parts; the whole product does not need to come back.
